• Coaches should distribute 10 Pirates Raffle tickets to each player with uniform. If your player did not receive tickets, contact your coach or [email protected].

• Each player is responsible to sell 10 raffle tickets at $10.00 per ticket. If parent paid $60 fundraiser fee, they could keep the donation $ from the 10 tickets sold OR put their name(s) on tickets for chance to win.

• Families with multiple players should turn in any donation $ from additional tickets sold (if more than 10 tickets).

• Families that received registration fee waivers should turn in ALL donation $ collected from ticket sales.

• Please turn in all raffle ticket stubs and any donation $ by June 1st @ Dixon Field Concession Stand along Cedar Blvd during operating hours (typically 6-9pm weekdays and 10-8pm weekends).
  

• 8 winners will be given (2 Tickets) to the Home Plate Club seats for a Pittsburgh Pirates game (All tickets are for games after June 15th). Over $475 value for 2 tickets.  

• Winners will be drawn by June 10th, and will be notified by phone or e-mail.

• Winners will also be posted on MLBA website, lebobaseball.org.

Funds raised through Fundraisers and Sponsorships help our organization to:  

•        Invest in quality equipment for optimal safety and experience of our players.

•        Properly maintain our facilities and fields.

•        Improve programming to benefit all of our players.

•        Cover operational costs such as insurance, coaches training, field permits, field supplies, etc...

•        Pay and train quality umpires to help maintain the integrity of the game.

•        Offer scholarships or fee waivers, so that players from families experiencing financial hardship or special situations can play ball without additional stress or burden.
