Financial Hardship

Mt Lebanon Baseball Association (MLBA) wants to make sure every player who wishes to play baseball will get the chance to do so regardless of financial circumstances.

Full or partial financial hardship waivers are available to help cover registration fees.

Prior to applying for a waiver of fee, please review any optional payment plans for the program you are registering.

Financial Hardship Requirements

To be eligible for a financial hardship fee waiver:
  • Applicant must complete a registration in the Team Sports Headquarters (TSHQ) system (i.e., in shopping cart) for the program/season for which a fee waiver is being requested.
  • The player must be a resident of Mt. Lebanon and meet the age criteria for the registered division/program.
  • Applicant must provide an explanation of the financial hardship and provide supporting documents, if requested.
  • Submit the MLBA Financial Hardship Request Form, found here or by clicking the button below.


Financial Hardship Process

Once the above requirements are met, the MLBA Board of Directors will review.

If approved, a credit (full or partial) is applied to the the player's TSHQ account.

All information provided is kept confidential and is used solely to determine financial hardship.


Financial Hardship Notification

Parent or guardian will be notified of the request status by email.

If approved, parent or guardian will login to TSHQ account to complete the registration process.
