Shake Off the Rust (SOTR) workouts are available to previous year Lebo Prime Travel team participants who are registered for the current year MLBA Spring Season and are intended to give our players an opportunity to get a few swings in before the season gets started. SOTR workouts are typically offered in February and March.
To participate:
- Must have played on a Lebo Prime Travel team in the previous season.
- Register for the current Spring Season (Players must be registered prior to participating in SOTR workouts).
- Find your player's age group dates and times on the schedule below and show up ready to swing!
- Players should bring a bat, glove and helmet (batting helmets will be provided, if needed).
- All SOTR workouts are held at our indoor facility located at 1863 Mayview Rd Bridgeville, PA 15017.
- If you are unable to make your player's designated age group session, feel free to attend a session for the next older or younger age group.
- Please keep in mind that space is limited in the facility.

When using the MLBA Indoor Facility with your division, please remember to:
- Park at the front or rear of the building (not on the side).
- Please enter the facility using the Front Door (1st white door), not the door in the rear by the loading dock.
- Most Important: Typically, the cage on the far left will be utilized for individual lessons. It is imperative that we do not disrupt the lessons when we are in the facility. If you are staying in the facility with your player (we recommend dropping off your player, when possible), please keep clear of this cage and stay toward the front entrance and weight room area.
