2020 Spring Season Credit/Refund Options

Lebo Baseball Families,

Thank you for your patience and support of Lebo Baseball during these challenging times. The health and safety of our players, coaches, volunteers and families is our number one priority. Due to the restrictions created by the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Mt Lebanon Baseball Association has cancelled the 2020 Spring Season as currently formatted. Once restrictions are lifted and permission is granted by state and local health officials, we’ll return to our community fields and play as much baseball as we can for the remainder of the 2020 year by offering a modified season for the Summer and Fall.

Below you will find a link to the 2020 Spring Season Credit/Refund Form ( and a description of credit/refund options. Please fill-out the form and select a credit or refund option for the Spring Season division registration fee AND the $35 Fundraiser fee. *If you do not fill out a form or select an option, your fees will be credited to your account for future use (Default Option).

When requesting a credit or refund, please note:

  • We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, so any donation is tax-deductible.
  • Any fee credited to an account can be refunded at a later date if unused.
  • We are unable to refund credit card processing fees (3.4%) and the $3 Sports Connect transaction fee.
  • The Pirates Tickets Raffle Fundraiser has been changed to a CASH PRIZE raffle with 10 winners of $250. 
  • Deadline to fill-out the form to request a credit, refund, or donation is May 15th, 2020.

Description of Credit/Refund Options for 2020 Spring Season

Spring Season Division Registration Fees*:

  1. “Rain Delay” Option (Default): Credit Registration Fee to account for future use (credit can be refunded later if unused).
  2. “Strike Out” Option: Refund Registration Fee (less credit card processing and the $3 Sports Connect transaction fees which are non-refundable)
  3. “Home Run” Option: Donate Registration Fee to Lebo Baseball to help cover the cost of equipment and uniforms already purchased. Donors will be issued a tax-deductible receipt.

Pirates Tickets $35 Fundraiser Fee*:

  1. "Home Run” Option (Default): Credit Fee toward 10 entries into new CASH Fundraiser Raffle- 10 Winners of $250 each. *All funds used to help cover the cost of equipment and uniforms already purchased. Participants will be issued a random number per entry and winners will be based off PA lottery winning numbers. More details to follow.
  2. “Strike Out” Option: Refund Fundraising Fee (less credit card processing fees which are non-refundable)

Lebo Baseball Remote-Train-A-Thon continues...

Since there is no organized baseball happening right now, we invite your players to keep up their skills and have fun with some remote at-home training ideas on our website. While they are working out at home, they can sign-up for their own pledge page and record their at-home training hours to raise money for local organizations affected by the pandemic.
