Held at the Mt. Lebanon Recreation Center
If you missed the 2 previously scheduled registration days,
download and fill out the Registration Form,
then the 2 pages along with
your payment to the Recreation Center
on Sunday February 17th at 6:30 PM
an additional $15 Late Fee is charged

NEW players must bring a Birth Certificate.
